Dining on campus isn’t one size fits all. Our meal plans were designed with you in mind. If you are looking to enjoy a meal with friends or just a snack on the go – we’ve got a plan to fit every appetite.

  • Do I need to buy a meal plan?
    Please refer to the University website for resident meal plan requirements.
     
    Will my meal plan auto renew for next semester? 
    Meal plans are not renewed automatically .

  • Will unused meal plans or DB roll over to a future semester or year? 
    Meal expire at the end of the semester.  DB rolls over from fall to spring and expires at the end of the semester.

  • If I have already purchased a meal plan, can I change it?
    Requests to change your meal plan should be made at the University Housing & Residence Life Office, Lucio Hall 119, no later than the 5th class day.
Don’t worry - simplicity and convenience are all within reach. Once you have a meal plan, your student ID works like a debit card. Just swipe your card and the meals and points are deducted from your meal plan account.

Meal plans are convenient, flexible, and loaded with options. Your meal plan includes dining locations all across campus with a range of menus and offerings. You’ll get guaranteed value, whether you eat on campus three times a week or three times a day! We’ve got you covered. See our Meal Plan options below for more information.

Please note that if you live in a Residence Hall on Campus, you must purchase your Meal Plan through Residence Life and not on this website.  Residence Life can be contacted at 361-593-3419, Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm.  The only exception is students who live in Newman Hall.  Newman Hall residents, as well as all other students living off of campus, can purchase meal plans online through this website.  

Mandatory Meal Plans

All students living on campus and under 21 years of age are required to buy a meal plan from the below options. In order to purchase, visit the Housing Office located in Lucio Hall.  Please note, once purchased, meal plans cannot be changed passed the 7th class day unless it is being upgraded.

Commuter Meal Plans

Living off campus brings a different set of needs and challenges to college life. Commuters and residents in the surrounding apartments can purchase any of our meal plans.

MEAL PLAN RULES & POLICIES
  • No Sharing of Swipes is Allowed.  If a Student Wishes to treat another student, family member or friend they may do so using their DB.
  • All Plans expire at the end of the semester.  Meals do not carry over.  DB only carries over from Fall to Spring.
  • All Meals reset Thursday morning, unused meals do not carry over.
